Eligibility

By using this website and placing orders, you confirm that you are 18 years or older and a resident of, or authorised to transact and accept delivery within, South Africa.

Product Information & Pricing

Product images are representative and may differ slightly from the actual item. In the event of a genuine pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund, or contact you to confirm whether you'd like to proceed at the correct price. Prices are listed in ZAR and exclude VAT, as Stellar Technologies is not currently VAT registered.

Order Acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase. An order confirmation email confirms we've received your order, not that it has been accepted. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including after confirmation, in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability — you will be notified and refunded in full.

Stock Availability

If an item you've ordered becomes unavailable, we'll contact you with options: wait for restock, substitute item, or full refund.

Incorrect Orders

Please review your order carefully before checkout. Stellar Technologies is not responsible for orders placed in error by the customer once dispatched; standard return conditions and any applicable restocking fee under our Returns Policy will apply.

Payment

Full payment is required before an order is processed and dispatched, except where a finance/instalment provider is used at checkout. All payments are processed through secure, PCI-compliant payment gateways.

Delivery

Delivery is governed by our Delivery Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Returns, Refunds & Warranty

Returns, refunds, and warranty claims are governed by our Returns Policy, Refund Policy, and Warranty Policy, which form part of these Terms.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by South African law, Stellar Technologies' liability for any claim relating to a product or order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 68 of 2008, that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Account Responsibility

If you create a customer account, you're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website is the property of Stellar Technologies or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission. Third-party brand names, logos, and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

Changes To These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
